The Challenge
The project centered on designing and developing a mixed-use Shopify 2.0 site that could scale for Regalis Food’s future B2B initiatives while improving the B2C experience today. A key challenge was migrating Bold Subscription users to a new third-party system, Awtomic, without disrupting customer experience.
The Result
The new site provides a flexible framework for slow-rolling B2B features on the brand’s timeline, ensuring scalability for a full B2B launch in 2026. Updates included reorganized Chef & Recipe landing pages, richer product detail pages, and visually striking graphics and imagery throughout, all while maintaining core functionality. By combining elegant design with a robust, scalable system, the project enhances the customer experience, supports operational efficiency, and positions the brand for long-term growth.
