The company provides a comprehensive skincare program for its physicians and patients with global reach. In 2019, ZO® Skin Health, Inc. had a rapidly growing customer base and was intent on scaling its e-commerce globally. They were on a legacy instance of Drupal and their team needed more in terms of modern features, payment methods, and plug-and-play integrations. 1r Agency successfully transitioned the brand's website from Drupal to Shopify and completely revamped the US site, before duplicating it for their Canadian standalone site. As part of their partner program, ZO® Skin Health wanted to allow customers to attribute their purchase to their working physician. 1r achieved this by implementing a purchase attribution tool in the bag and checkout process. The homepage featured a rich blend of product and content exploration, a smooth 'Add to Bag' functionality, and adaptable content modules, resulting in a powerful digital storefront.
