Through the Years
Our collaboration has extended beyond the screen, with 1r designing billboards, in-store displays, and pop-up signage that bring the Maison Louis Marie world to life in the physical space. This holistic approach has strengthened both brand equity and business performance, transforming a modern fragrance house into a scalable, omnichannel success story.

The Goal
We aimed to tackle conversion challenges for an online fragrance brand by making it easier for customers to explore, sample, and imagine each scent, without ever smelling it in person. Our goal was to introduce a Build Your Own Bundle and Custom Sampler Set, free samples at checkout (with added perks for loyalty members), and a Find Your Fragrance quiz to guide discovery. To bring each fragrance to life visually and verbally, we planned to develop a Scent Glossary, lead creative direction for ingredient-inspired photography used as rollover imagery, and enhance product pages with clearer scent notes, richer descriptions, and more prominent reviews.

The Latest
Every page is infused across the site with brand storytelling opportunities through engaging content, product, and video modules on the homepage, collection pages, new content pages, and product detail pages. These innovative features created a more connected experience across the site, enabling better cross-selling opportunities. This included a fragrance quiz with a transactional results page, and an email flow series to ensure custom engagement and grow LTV. These enhancements allowed for more straightforward navigation through scent and product groupings via Combined Listings and Scent Metaobjects.

The new digital flagship beautifully embodies the brand’s botanical heritage and dedication to clean, conscious beauty. It's designed to seamlessly blend storytelling with commerce. With user-friendly scent navigation and elevated product displays, every decision enhances a more intuitive, brand-centered shopping journey. This thoughtful approach harmonizes performance with purpose, setting a strong foundation for sustainable growth and exciting possibilities ahead!
